Led by Chef Jin Beom, the restaurant offers curated dining experiences through its Signature Course and Tasting Course, with dishes influenced by Korean culinary traditions and modern techniques. The intimate setting includes an open kitchen where guests can observe the preparation of their dishes. JinJoo operates Tuesday to Sunday, from 17:30 to 23:00, and reservations are recommended.
